3.Directions for use

l  Suggestion: lithium iron phosphate system: 2.0-3.0%, the addition amount is adjusted according to the density of the cathode material and the size of the specific surface area.

l  How to use: When gluing by wet method, stir at high speed for 1-1.5h, and then enter the pulping process after the PVDF is completely dissolved. Due to the large molecular weight of PVDF resin, the high rotational viscosity of the slurry and the slow dissolution rate, the dissolution rate can be increased by increasing the stirring time, adding PVDF to the stirring kettle in batches and increasing the stirring temperature.

 

4.Product transportation and precautions

PVDF resin is packed in poly bags and placed in cardboard boxes. The product should be stored in a clean, dry warehouse, taking care to prevent the introduction of impurities.

This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature, but it is necessary to pay attention to avoid the processing temperature exceeding 350 °C to prevent decomposition and toxic gas.

Lithium-ion grade PVDF type B

1.Product Description:

PVDF type B is a kind of polyvinylidene fluoride resin prepared by suspension method, copolymerized modification, high viscosity grade. The presence of polar functional groups in the comonomer can improve the adhesion between the active substance, the metal electrode piece and the polymer, effectively reducing the amount of formulation used. The products can be used for the production of high-capacity, high-rate, high-cycle power batteries.

     Ternary system(NCM523、NCM622、NCM811、NCA811): 1.2-1.8%;

LFP system2.2-2.8%;

LMO system1.3-1.7%;

LCO system1.0-1.2%
